The Ask
Following significant flood damage, the client wanted more than a repair—they saw an opportunity to completely rethink how their lower level could serve their family. The ask was to transform the basement into a multifunctional destination that balanced entertainment, comfort, and durability, with a true home theater, a statement bar, and kid-friendly gathering zones that felt cohesive, elevated, and fully integrated with the rest of the home.
The Result
The finished lower level is a refined, high-performing retreat that exceeds both functional and aesthetic expectations. What was once compromised space now operates as a seamless extension of the home—anchored by a cinematic theater, a sculptural bar, and thoughtfully designed secondary zones that invite daily use.
