Blaine Arbuckle
PRESIDENT /
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Blaine's extensive construction experience began in his youth, working on various residential construction sites for Rockwell Construction and Development and Arbuckle Properties. Upon graduation from the University of Central Missouri, Blaine started working for McCownGordon Construction in Kansas City. After 11 years in the commercial construction field, he decided to go back into the residential market.
Blaine founded Arbuckle Building Solutions driven by a desire to work closely with clients and help them achieve their project goals. He's eager to collaborate with you on your upcoming endeavors
J Scott Emerson
PROJECT MANAGER
Scott joined the Arbuckle Build team in 2025 and brings more than 40 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. His role focuses on overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and seamless execution at every stage of the build.
Prior to joining Arbuckle Build, Scott owned and operated his own construction company, managing a wide range of residential and commercial projects. His background in architectural and construction science, paired with his hands-on approach and attention to detail, allows him to guide clients confidently through the building process.
Erica Kellenberger
MARKETING MANAGER /
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Erica joined the Arbuckle Build team in 2025 as Marketing Manager, where she leads the company's marketing efforts and helps showcase projects in fresh and creative ways.
Before joining Arbuckle Build, Erica spent 15 years teaching 3rd grade in the Blue Valley School District. She and her husband, Travis, stay busy raising their two children, Crew and Kate. Erica's passion for design and decorating, along with her strong background in education and leadership, bring a unique perspective and energy to our team.
Chandra Arbuckle
OFFICE MANAGER /
HUMAN RESOURCES
Chandra joined the Arbuckle Build team in 2023 as Office Manager and HR lead, overseeing office operations, human resources, and a wide range of managerial responsibilities while also supporting clients as needed throughout their projects to help ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Prior to joining Arbuckle Build, Chandra and her husband owned and operated their own home construction company. She also has an extensive background in education, including serving as an elementary school principal. Chandra’s knowledge and experience along with her passion for remodeling and design make her an invaluable member of our team.
Matthew brings a diverse, hands-on background to the Arbuckle Build team, with experience spanning land management, construction support, and the countertop industry. Most recently, he worked in land clearing and brush management for EK Land Management, supporting right-of-way projects for power line infrastructure. Prior to that role, Matthew spent more than 20 years working across nearly every aspect of the countertop industry, including logistics and procurement management, giving him a strong foundation in materials, coordination, and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Matthew and his wife, Hilary, enjoy time with their family, including their children Porter, Paxton, and Paislyn. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys fishing, pheasant hunting, and riding side-by-sides.
