Construction
Phase
Typically, Phase 2 includes the following steps as outlined below. However, please note that the timeline for this phase will vary depending on the specific scope of the project. Prior to the start of this phase, the client is to ensure their belongings have been removed with valuables placed in their safe or other secure Location.
Finishings

This phase encompasses all the necessary finishes to complete your space.
Project Completion Phase
The client will complete a final walk through with the Contractor. A punch-List of necessary adjustments will be made, and we will promptly address them. This phase typically takes 1 - 4 weeks depending on the extent of work required.
