The Ask
To transform an underutilized outdoor area into a beautiful extension of the home. The client envisioned a large, covered yet open-air living space designed for year-round use, featuring an outdoor kitchen and grilling area, dining space, and media-focused seating. The goal was to seamlessly blend comfort, efficiency, and beauty into a highly functional outdoor environment for family and friends.
The Result
The result is a serene outdoor living space designed for gathering and entertaining, grounded in timeless, old-world appeal. Featuring a kitchen and bar, dining area, and media space, it serves as a seamless extension of the client’s home. Design elements include a stone fireplace with a cream smear finish, brick pillars and accents, warm-toned car siding and ceiling beams, soapstone countertops, and natural composite decking. Together, these features create a harmonious atmosphere and a visually refined experience. Lush new landscaping completes the design, transforming Sweet Magnolia into the client’s dream outdoor retreat.
